Do you have something on your mind?

There are times when we all have thoughts running through our minds. Thoughts related to family, friends, relationships, school, love, spirituality, money, work, or happiness. Sometimes they are memories from your past that you’re unable to let go. Maybe you can’t sleep, maybe you can't eat. Maybe you have lost your purpose, who you are, what you’re doing or why. It could be big, or just a small thing you want to let go. These situations can slow you down and pull your life to a stop. This is normal. Everyone encounters some of these situations during their life. Life can be easier—there is hope and there is help. Take a moment and ask yourself: Could my life be better? Is there room to grow? Do I want to be more productive? Could I have peace in my life? Can I be happier? Some people believe that Counseling, or Therapy, is just for individuals with concerns or problems. This is not always true, Counseling/Therapy is also for people that are interested in growing and want answers. Counseling can be about finding a better way to live and function. Or just about making changes in your life. Counseling is about growing, no matter who you are, or where you are in your life.  Better Days and Nights is a counseling service with licensed Professional Counselors and Social Workers right here In the High Country.
